How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Roobastore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

My dog Molly always shivers and burrows under covers for warmth. Her winter coat isn't practical indoors, so I bought her this sweater in XL. She's 16.6 pounds with measurements falling between L and XL, but I chose XL for comfort. It's pink, stretchy, and easy to put on. A bit long, but that's no issue. Great price, though it lacks washing instructions. I'll update after washing it.
These sweaters are so soft and comfy for my dog. I bought two and absolutely love them.
Ordered a small purple one for my 5lb Papillon puppy, but it was too small. Got a medium instead and it fits well. It's a bit snug, so note that purple runs small. It has a fleece layer inside, not too thick or thin, with a bit of stretch. Only downside was returning the first one due to sizing issues.
Perfect for cool, windy days. Incredibly soft and easy to wash. We got a medium for our dog who's 12 inches from shoulder to tail. It's a bit long, but doesn't restrict her movement.
My little guy is 18 inches long and 16lbs. I got the XL based on the size chart and it's a great fit – not too tight or loose. The material is soft and comfy. He seems really happy and warm in it, so I ordered two more colors. Really recommend it, but pay attention to the sizing!
I have a smaller medium rat terrier and the large size fits well. It's probably not suitable for larger dogs, but perfect for mine.
The material is durable and the color even more vibrant in person. It's super easy to put on my cat, and he looks great in it.

Perfect for winter – soft and warm.
Just got this sweater today and it fits well according to the size chart. My mini schnauzer is 4.5 lbs. It's ideal for Texas winter as it's not too heavy. She doesn't usually like wearing anything but seems comfortable in this.

I bought a medium which fits well, but I'm getting two more in large just in case they shrink. Even if they don't, my dog can still wear them. Can't miss out on this price. They're a bit stretchy and don't bind around the sleeves.
My dogs' and my favorite sweater. Great gift for a small dog – the size small works for a 4 lb dog, and medium for a 13 lb dog.
In the photo, the light pink shirt is small, and purple and red are medium. The charts aren't accurate, so for reference, the small is on a 4lb dog, medium red on a 7 lb dog, and medium purple on a 20 lb dog. The purple is snug but fits well.
It's hard finding clothes for my mini dachshund, but this sweater is cozy and looks great. Ellie Jo is 11lbs and a medium fits her well.
This is my favorite dog sweater. It's like a human sweater; comfy and super durable. They've held up well through regular washes and haven't faded. I have several colors and plan to buy more. A solid 10/10!
This puppy sweater is the best! It's thick, super soft, and high quality. I got a medium for my 9-10lb Yorkie, but a small would have also worked.
Our 2.8 lb Yorkie isn't a fan of sweaters, but this one fits her well, especially around the legs, and doesn't hinder her potty time.
