How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Roobastore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The last time I had a pedicure, the technician removed too much skin from my foot and caused a blister. So, I ordered these and decided to do it myself after showering. They work exceptionally well, and my feet have greatly improved.
Overall, this product works well, but I don't like that little bits come off, almost like sand. It feels more like coarse foam than an actual pumice stone. If it weren't for the fact that tiny bits come off whenever you touch it, it would be a decent product.
Living in Arizona, where there is so much dirt and dust, I use these every night to keep my feet smooth and clean!
These work excellently and are the perfect size.
I appreciate that these stones are smaller than the average ones, making them easier to hold. I also like the fact that they're disposable. The price is great too.
In the past, I've always been disappointed with callus removers, but that changed with these. I didn't have high expectations based on my previous purchases, but these pumice stones exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job of softening my heel calluses right from the first use. Now, I only need to lightly scrub at the calluses, and the difference is significant, and it lasts.
A pumice scrub is a pumice scrub, and this one works exceptionally well. There wasn't much pumice residue after I used it on my heels. Could this be the one? I'll keep using it and find out.
They are highly effective at tackling calluses.
This product is amazing and makes a significant difference in very dry, cracked feet. After just one use, there's a huge improvement, and after a few days, my feet are almost smooth.
The product is alright, but it has a somewhat gritty and flaky quality that I'm not a fan of. I'm not referring to the texture, but rather the fact that the material sheds, if that makes sense. Nonetheless, it does a decent enough job, especially when used in combination with a callus remover gel.
The texture was a bit strange at first, but it's a good stone.

My husband develops a thick callous on his big toe, and after soaking his foot for a few minutes, this stone removes it right away. It's the perfect size and offers great value.
It scrubs your feet well and rubs down calluses. My only wish is that it had a finer grade for smoother surface after scrubbing.
These stones really, truly help maintain smooth feet. I keep one in the shower and use it regularly. I've received several compliments about how soft my feet are. ☺️ I've been using something similar to this for years, but I prefer these even more.
This is the first pumice stone I've found that actually works. Many others are so smooth that they are a waste of time, but this one is tough and rough and gets the job done.
I purchased these for travel purposes. My feet tend to get roughed up, especially when I'm on a trip with a lot of walking. Now, I always pack one of these in my toiletries bag and use them in the shower while on the go.
Works effectively for the bottoms of your feet or rough skin. However, it tends to shed easily and create a mess, so I recommend using it in the shower. Beware that I also attempted to use one as a pumice stone for my toilets, but it fell apart when I scrubbed. Keep it for skin use only!
These are amazing!!! I already have more on the way. They are definitely worth the money. I do a lot of pedicures, and they don't fall apart. My clients love them!! A great product.
